Carepatron growth
Reactivation call list handoff
This page explains the prospect list we are handing to you for reactivation outreach. Every contact is a past Carepatron user. We have already reset their free trial, so they can log in to their old account, with their data intact, and get a fresh 14-day trial.

Where the list came from
We started with 232,674 practice owners who stopped using Carepatron between June 2025 and March 2026. All of them were active at some point in that window, so this is a lapsed list, not a cold one. We cleaned it, enriched it from 6 data sources, scored every row and split it into tiers. The sheet holds the call tiers. The rest of the list goes into email-only campaigns run separately.
How to work the tabs
| Tab | Who is in it | Count |
| T1 Call First | US practices we verified as real and operating, through a live healthcare website or an active NPI registration. Every row has a phone number and no competitor software detected. Start here. | 11,127 |
| T1-S Switchers | Verified practices already using a competitor, named in the Evidence column. Use a switch pitch, not a reactivation pitch. | 293 |
| T2 US Named | US contacts whose business name shows a real practice, with a phone number. We could not verify a website. | 3,379 |
| T3 Anglosphere | The same quality bands for Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. | 6,795 |
| Raw list | Every scored row, including email-only and suppressed contacts. For reference, not for calling. | 232,674 |
Rows are sorted by score, so the best prospects sit at the top of each tab. Work top down.
Reading a row
- Score ranks how strong the evidence is. Higher is better.
- Evidence says in plain words why the row qualified. It is your raw material for the call opener.
- Phone comes from our records, the US NPI registry or the practice's own website. Confirm it early in the call.
- Profession comes from the NPI registry, our records or the practice name.
- Days Used shows how long they used Carepatron between sign-up and their last visit.
- Ex-Payer means they paid for Carepatron before. Do not lead with the free trial. Ask what changed, then pitch what is new.
Rules that matter
- Do not email anyone from this sheet directly. Email waves run separately through Customer.io with verified addresses, and some contacts have unsubscribed. Unsubscribed contacts are phone-only.
- Call in the prospect's local time. The State column covers most US rows.
- The trial reset is already live. They log in and the 14-day trial starts. No code or link is needed.
How we cleaned and enriched it
- We removed 21,506 rows: test accounts, students, businesses outside healthcare, dead email domains and 101 people who had already come back.
- We matched 88.8% of the list to Customer.io for unsubscribes, bounce history, phone numbers and professions.
- We checked all 30,917 custom email domains and read 29,401 live websites for healthcare signals and competitor booking software.
- We verified 3,135 US practices against the public NPI registry.
- We classified 21,160 business names and 17,438 hard-to-read websites with AI, and audited samples by hand.
- We added about 11,900 phone numbers from public sources. 46,118 contacts now have one.
Data notes
- Activity and deletion status are current as of 6 July 2026.
- Some numbers may reach a reception desk or an old listing. Treat the first call as discovery.
- Product usage depth (clients, appointments, notes) is coming in a later version and will improve the ranking.
